Capitol Plaza is a 7 story high rise apartment complex designated for occupancy by elderly and disabled residents of low income. The 93 unit development was constructed in 1970 and is located at 700 Cunningham Place in Northeast Boise. The conveniently located complex offers easy access to local shopping, churches, and the busline. The development is configured with studio, one and two bedroom apartment homes. Five units are handicap accessible. Each unit has plush carpeting, individual heating and air conditioning controls, and outside patios. Laundry facilities are available on-site. The building has a secured locked entry and each unit is equipped with an intercom and a safety/security call button. Social activities are available to all residents.
