Capitol Plaza is a seven story high rise apartment complex designated for occupancy by elderly and disabled residents of low income.  The 93 unit development was constructed in 1970 and is located at 700 Cunningham Place in Northeast Boise.  The conveniently located complex offers easy access to local shopping, churches, and the busline.  The development is configured with studio, one and two bedroom apartment homes.  Five units are handicap accessible.  Each unit has plush carpeting, individual heating and air conditioning controls, and outside patios.  Laundry facilities are available on-site.  The building has a secured locked entry and each unit is equipped with an intercom and a safety/security call button.  Social activities are available to all residents.

Franklin Plaza is a five story high rise apartment complex designated for occupancy by elderly and disabled residents of low income.  The 67 unit development was constructed in 1970 and is located at 1555 W. Franklin St. in North Boise.  The conveniently located complex offers easy access to local shopping, churches, and the busline.  The development is configured with studio, one and two bedroom apartment homes.  Four units are handicap accessible.  Each unit has plush carpeting, individual heating and air conditioning controls, and outside patios.  Laundry facilities are available on-site.  The building has a secured locked entry and each unit is equipped with an intercom and a safety/security call button.  Social activities are available to all residents.

The Boise City/Ada County Housing Authority owns five duplexes located on Ethan, Marigold, Streamside, and Victory streets in Boise.  The two and three bedroom units are reserved for occupancy by low income families.  Two units are handicap accessible.  Each unit includes a range, refrigerator, dishwasher, washer/dryer hookups, and a garage.  The units have electric heat, air conditioning, and cable television hookups.  Tenants are required to maintain the grounds.
