Shoreline Plaza is a 5 story high-rise apartment complex designated for occupancy by elderly and disabled persons of low income. The 80 unit development was constructed in 1978 and is located at 675 S. 13th Street in Boise. The complex is configured with 1 bedroom apartment homes, ten of which are fully handicap accessible. Each unit has carpeting, individual heating and air conditioning, cable television hookups, an intercom, and a safety/security call button.
